Set in rural Idaho during the Cocid-19 pandemic, the last two estranged members of the Fernsby family (Sarah, a reclusive aunt, and Ethan, her gay nephew) reunite to settle the estate of a recently deceased relative. Isolating together, they face uncomfortable and universal questions: How do we deal with other people? And, is connection more trouble than it’s worth? As their relationship begins anew, the two relatives confront both the comfort and vulnerability of letting someone else into tyour life, even if only for a moment.
